Office Policies

• The office is open Monday -– Thursday from 8-5. Friday hours vary. After hours and for emergencies only, we can be paged by calling (334) 749-3436.

• For your convenience, we always offer our first available appointment to you. If this appointment is unsuitable, we will work with you until we confirm a convenient time and date for your next visit. If you have pain or are in an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you as promptly as possible.

• Appointments reserve a specific time for each patient. If you are running late for your appointment, you may have to wait or be rescheduled for another time.

• We try to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Because we provide surgical services, extenuating circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Delays may arise. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
